Large PRINTING Corporation - Provided consultation in the development of a Global Sales Force CRM methodology that spanned across more than half a dozen divisions with more than 800 Sales Reps across the world. Acted as Management Consulting and Project Director to implement an integrated CRM solution across multiple locations around the world for pre-Sales, Sales, Estimators, Plant Schedulers and Sales Executives. Provided functional process guidance for Account Management, Contact Management, Product Management, Quote Management, Sales Forecasting and Sales Performance Management through Business Intelligence Reporting. Also implemented an IT Portfolio Management solution for the IT division of this same world-leading printing company. The solution is used to manage more than 300 projects and 1600 requests per year coming from more than 20,000 employees across the world. Largest LOTTERY Jurisdiction in Canada - Delivered a CRM prototype of a B2C customer registration, prize claim, customer requests, subscription, merchandising, notification and customer loyalty cards. Responsible for the IT infrastructure and application solutions, directed a 4-year IT plan that oversaw the implementation of a global web of servers, connected through VPN technology, hosting enterprise systems including a CRM system that was deployed to Sales, Marketing, Support and Services on a world-wide basis.
